10% Oil Drops: Take 6/10 drops under the tongue, 3 times a day. Leave oil in mouth for 1 minute before swallowing. Gradually increase dose to find optimum dosage. Do not exceed the maximum daily dosage of 160mg. Each drop contains 5mg. 15% Oil Drops: Take 4/7 drops under the tongue, 3 times a day. Leave oil in mouth for 1 minute before swallowing.
